We were thrilled to use Quality Bath for the exact same item the manufacturer was charging 50% more. Thank you so much.

One customer service agent went above and beyond to help me pick products but then they emailed me to say some were in back order until 2025! Most of the things were out of stock and then it took forever to ship. And I didn't save any money- this site is more expensive than average: so what's the point? And if I have to ship anything back I bet you don't cover it. Won't be using this site again.
