Fabulous and expert in the advice I received from calling and speaking with a professional. Last week, I was at an our local plumbing supply store and met a nice lady shopping for bathroom and kitchen faucets. We spoke and I recommended she contact Quality Bath before making any purchases. Nice price.

the first order for a faucet was obviously opened by a prior customer, deemed faulty, and placed back in the box (and not placed back well). Now I have to lay out $650.25 for a new one and wait until I get a credit. Very poor customer service.
