Good website but would like suggestion of semeilar product in same collection or similar product.

Overall, the salesperson i have been working with on multiple orders had been repsonsive and helpful. I was never madfe aware of the fact that I only had so much time to verify issues with any delivered items. With the jobs we do, many times the items are ordered to have on hand as to avoid long lead times and itmes arent always opened to be inspected immediately. I had an undrmount stainless steel Rohl sink that was damaged at one of the ocrners and when I reached out to customer service, I was told it was too late to do anything about this, even though the pics I sent show the sink barely uncovered and still in its packaging. It was suggested to me to try and straighten the flange corner out which overall we were able to hide the damge and install the sink, this is not how a new $1,200 sinkl should be delivered and when shown it is still new in the box, I feel it should have been replaced with one that wasn't damaged. Some projects take years to complete with being large custom residences and not all things are opened and/or installed quickly.
