so far overall shopping has been good. I did call qualitybath to see if my selected faucet was in stock but it was not so I"ll have to wait, but will do so. I'm happy they list a variety of ways to purchase.

Original sink arrived broken. Quality Bath was beyond helpful in addressing the problem and making sure that a second, replacement sink was sent quickly - and took extra measure to make sure it was well protected during transportation.
