Customer service was great, we got quick responses to our questions and found what we needed. The only reason we are not likely to buy from you again is your return policy. Making the customer pay all the shipping as well as a 20% fee is too steep and competitors have better policies. In this case, your price was significantly lower, so we did chose you, hoping we don't have to return anything.
