Experience has been very good. Chat was quick and helpful to answer questions and I received emails with same info. The return policy makes me hesitant to purchase as you have to trust all info displayed is correct on the product as it says you cannot even open the box to be able to return it. I'm hoping the product I purchased is what I expect, fingers crossed.
