Easy to search, selection is great, free shipping.

Quality Bath has excellent, friendly customer service. I charged my order to the wrong credit card by accident. When I called Customer Service, they were more than happy to change the charge to a different card, which was much appreciated! Part of my order wasn't ready to ship asap and was set to ship when I was away from home. Again, I called Customer Service and they were extremely friendly and assisted me with changing the ship date to a different time when I would be home.

Buying process seems very easy

We chose to order from Quality Bath because they offered quality products at a reasonable price. However, a few items were on back order, one being a missing part, and we had to wait several months. I was notified today that our back orders were shipped today and I couldn't be more thrilled. Our project has been put on hold for a long while. Also, I want to give kudos to their customer service dept as we discovered a few pieces from a shower unit were missing from the boxed set and they were quick to rectify that by sending us replacement parts right away.
