I had multiple manufacturer issues with a few items I purchased, but Chaya was very helpful getting replacement items. I purchased all of my exterior door hardware and kitchen cabinet hardware from quality bath, and I have been very pleased with the company overall. They also had the items I wanted at the best prices!
