I love working with Dov ! He is knowledgeable and easy to work with and is always there with me to work through any product challenges that come up. I like Quality Bath systems - they send auto delivery messages and I can access easily find info on my own. Quality Bath has the best search options to find what I am looking for. My only gripe is the website is down Friday pm to Saturday pm.
