didn't love that the website shuts down on friday night, but when I reopened my browser saturday night everything was as I left it, item still in the cart. Website is simple and straightforward. A very good price for the item I bought, cheaper than anywhere else online.

Eli was very helpful when I contacted Quality Bath. The only problem is the company is closed on Friday. So by Monday the faucet was sent to me and I had email Eli asking if it was ordered and he said it didn't! I couldn't use your service because I need it before the expected delivery date. But somehow the order went through and I had to request a return label to return it.
