Quick and easy

I asked for help with the drain color, as the sink requires and extra deep flange. I was told someone would follow up. Heard nothing. Months later, when the sink was installed, the flange color did not match the faucet. Contacted customer service again. They said someone would follow up. No one did. Finally, I called. They informed me they would not offer a refund, even though they said they would follow up and didn't back when I had first bought the sink and flange. No discount was offered on a new flange. Nothing. Basically, I'm out of luck. Yes, they said they would follow up but so what if they didn't. It was still 100% my responsibility. I will absolutely never order from this company again. And I will make sure I share my story.
