Product delivered very fast- excellent customer service

Excellent service/Great employees/Great communication I have ordered two more times since my initial order. What more can I say!!!!

I ordered the Oceana Pebble Sink and drain for my father's bathroom renovation. I then received an email that it would be 3 weeks before delivery as it was out of stock. I thought that was take too long and the granite would be ready before that, and the fabricator would need the sink sooner, so I canceled the order. QB was very helpful and understanding and canceled the order with no penalties. Circustances then changed and I was able to contact them back and place the order again and they even gave me the same sales price I originally purchased the sink for. Customer service was OUTSTANDING, I received a great value, and the Oceana Sink is GORGEOUS. It arrived quickly and they shipped it directly to my fabricator as requested. The only problem was the drain we ordered was missing the tailpipe that was supposed to be attached to it, according to our plumber, and in the middle of having the sink connected we had to run out to HomeDepot to purchase the tailpipe. A minor set back and nothing we couldn't handle. Altogether I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at QB and I would do business with them again. By the way, we are having our Oceana Pebble Glass Sink wired to light up when it gets dark at night and turn off in the morning as a nightlight for my dad!

When searching for a farmhouse sink for our kitchen, I kept finding "out of stock" on several different websites. Quality Bath not only had my sink in stock, but delivered it to me within the week. Their price was the best I could find, too. Our family loves our new sink!

I ordered a product from them that unfortunately has one cheap component that keeps breaking. The client service person very kindly assisted me in attempting to get the part replaced under warrantee from the manufacture but when that option wasn’t available they sourced the required part and ordered it for. All in all a very pleasant experience.
