I searched for days for the perfect farmhouse sink and found it on qualitybath.com. The sink grate was delivered two days after purchase and the sink arrived in 3 days. It was packaged perfectly and looks amazing! What a beautiful addition to my new kitchen. Rikki in customer service made sure everything went smooth and personally confirmed that I received my receipt. A+++ service.

Delivery company used dropped vanity at front of driveway. Didn't even back their truck an additional 20 feet to put it up next to garage. They slightly damaged one of the legs on the vanity. In spite of warnings on carton it looks like they treated it like it was unbreakable. Vanity top had crack in it, but since I wasn't going to use the one shipped I didn't bother filing a claim.

Purchased the Grohe concetto, price, delivery and ease of order were first class.

I was excited to find my desired kitchen sink on Quality Bath, as it was out of stock everywhere else. After ordering it, though, I found out that delivery would take 6-8 weeks, which was too late for my kitchen remodel. I contacted Customer Service, and Miri politely accepted my order cancellation. Within minutes, I received an email from her stating that when she called the manufacturer to cancel my order, the manufacturer noted that they had one sink left. Miri said delivery would take 2-3 business days, but I received the sink the very next day! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! THANK YOU!

Was an easy problem free order - Customer Service by phone was excellent about answering a few key questions. We are happy with both price and qulaity of our new sink.

Love to wrap a warm towel around yourself when you walk out of the shower. Also helps dry towel and prevent wet towel smells. On cool days there is just enough heat to keep the bathroom warm.
