The shopping and buying went smoothly, I passed an order end of June and another one end of July. The second order I received in a good delay, about 2 weeks but the first I just received today...so about 2 months... I was not in a hurry really so it doesn't matter to me, but take that in consideration.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Quality Bath had the items at a great price. The order process was easy and shipping was quick. Don't hesitate to order form them!

I was so elated to find Quality Bath's site with their large inventory and quality products. To my surprise I found just what I wanted and more in their clearance section. Not only did I get a great deal on my bathtub but I got all the bells and whistles in my tub for the cost of a soaker tub. The communication provided was excellent and prompt. The bathtub was delivered within a week, well crated and delivered by a competent delivery company. Insurance was provided by Quality Bath, FREE of charge for 30 days. My contractor checked the tub upon delivery and said it was beautiful and excellent quality and a great deal for what I bought. i would buy from Quality Bath again for all my bath needs and would recommend it to all my friends. The heated towel bar was easy to install, attractive and gets our towels warm and toasty. Since we do not have heat in our bathroom, this makes a big difference in the winter/

This was my second order from Quality Bath. When the first medicine cabinet arrived, one of the hinges was broken. Quality Bath sent a replacement quickly and with no questions. They didn't even want the broken one back. Their customer service was outstanding so we didn't hesitate to purchase from them a second time. They also had the best price!
