The faucet I purchased arrived within a few days and was flawless.

I was actually impressed with the customer service (after being more than frustrated with 2 other places), their willingness to take the extra step to do what they could to get the order to me asap, their excellent follow-through, and it worked! We were pleased when the order arrived several days sooner than expected! The price was the cheapest I found. I don't write great reviews often, but I will definitely be checking Quality Bath first when we need supplies.

Every order I've placed with QB has been executed quickly and efficiently. Customer service is always readily available and typically you speak to the same representative every time. I've received "made to order" product faster than my local supply houses. I highly recommend QB to all of my clients for their remodeling needs.

The wrong item was delivered (round instead of square), and one call to customer service fixed the problem! They even sent the correct item by "next-day" since they knew it was time sensitive. I would definitely order from QualityBath again.

Our experience with Quality Bath could not have been better. We ordered a Rohl farmhouse sink and a Bianco faucet. Quality Bath offered both items less expensively than any other source with both arriving at our home with a week of ordering. We ordered over the phone and the customer service individual offered helpful answers to the questions we had about the products before ordering. Unequivocally, we will be shopping here for all future home/remodel needs.

Quality Bath is wonderful. I ordered all the bathroom fixtures and kitchen faucet. I called to ask many questions and received professional answers.

My products arrived quickly and were as expected. The customer service I received was very helpful and I was given the sales associate's extension number and email so I could contact him when necessary, overall very happy and would definitely use Quality Bath again.

I was very dissapointed, however, that I am not able to return this item. It is not evident that this is one of the nonreturnable items. I think that I would not order anything from a site that has items like this. IT IS WAY TOO BIG for what I need and now Im stuck with a $*** item. Time to go to sell it on EBAY i guess. RETHINK THE ITEMS YOU REPRESENT AND DO NOT OFFER THEM ON YOUR SITE IF CUSTOMER CANNOT GET ANY SATISFACTION IF NOT THE RIGHT PART...ESPECIALLY FOR A LAYMAN SUCH AS MYSELF!!
