The staff were very accommodating and professional. The door that I purchased was exactly as described. The only issue that I encountered was with shipping, which was the freight company do not make residential deliveries on Monday. My door arrived at the freight company on Friday and it would not be delivered until Wednesday. My contractor was waiting for the door, therefore; I had to drive to the freight company to retrieve my door.

No issues. No problems. Just good service as expected.

I really enjoyed my overall experience shopping at Quality Bath. The site provided competitive prices for top quality products. When I had some questions about delivery time, etc. my rep Sara went to all lengths to make sure everything was taken care of. She was professional, thoughtful and very detailed. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I will definitely recommend Quality Bath to my friends who will also be doing construction soon.

Very easy company to work with. I had to exchange my flange as I ordered the wrong color and they sent new one before getting the original item back. We were under tight timeline with contractor and quality bath came thru. All very easy online! Great deal as well!

I stumbled on quality bath's website by accident and I am really glad I did. To be honest, the 15% discount they were offering (not sure if they still are)caught my attention initially. I called, placed my order and paid with a credit card. I had a couple of questions about availability/delivery. The rep went out of his way to explain my concerns. Everything went very smoothly and the shower door was delivered by freight truck in 4 days, safely strapped to a wooden skid. (the door weighs about 60 lbs and the skid about 70 lbs) so taking it off the truck by 2 guys was not a problem. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Do not recommend--I called first to make sure I was ordering the right shower door--got the door--would not work--called customer service--they took my phone number very concerned stating they would get back to me--and I never herd from them again--I am stuck with a very expensive shower door that I can not use---very unprofessional
