The medicine cabinets that we purchased came to us very quickly and in perfect condition. That being said, our installer damaged the mirrors on 2 of the cabinets! I called my salesman at Quality Bath and he quickly took care of getting me new ones. I will definitely purchase from Quality Bath again!!

We haven't installed our product from Quality Bath yet, that is why I only gave a 3 star rating for the product. Quality Bath did their part fast. Ordered on Wed and received Friday. Excellent service. I just hope I don't have to contact customer service about the product.

I don't write reviews, but Quality Bath definitely deserves to be recognized! I ordered a beautiful white porcelain farm house sink from them. I needed it in a pinch because the cabinets were ready to be installed. I called on a Thursday, it was at my door by 8:00am Monday (New Jersey to Michigan)! I couldn't believe it. The packaging was unbelievable as well. It was wrapped to perfection! Even my husband was impressed! That says a lot! Thank you Quality Bath for the awesome speedy service and beautiful product!

My experiences with Quality Bath have always been perfect. Even the small issues I have had were handled very promptly to my 100% satisfaction.

I am a professional designer and need vendors that I can depend on to provide knowledgable help and excellent pricing. I have one sales rep at QB who I have worked with for years now. She often does the legwork for me and goes out of her way to make sure I get everything I need as quickly as possible while beating competitors prices. Recently Mimi worked directly with my clients because they had many questions and saved me many hours of time. I was very comfortable knowing she would help them assemble all the parts for a complicated shower and that I did not need to 2nd guess anyone. Later when my clients found a faucet they liked at a local showroom, she was able to significantly beat the price. When I got an email from the shopping dept that that particular faucet was back ordered, Mimi tracked two down that were in stock somewhere and shipped them immediately. I suspect the QB made little or no money on those, but it certainly impressed my clients and me both. I could not ask for a better resource and I look forward to continuing to do business with QB and Mimi who is so exceptional.

quality bath was great! I called and someone actually answered the phone and on the first ring no less. was told we'd get our item in 48 hours and absolutely, it came in 48 hours! highly recommend to anyone look for quality plumbing materials.

I worked with Jack Shain and he was great. I received my product and opened it to make sure nothing was broken in shipping. It was packed very very well and was perfect. Having it installed next week. Will definitely buy from Quality Bath whenever I need one of the products they sell. Very quick service, pleasant sellers, and very helpful.

I love my truffle Blanco faucet purchased from Quality bath; the price was excellent compared to even the big box stores. I spoke with two customer service representatives and they were both very pleasant and helpful. I received my faucet in a reasonable time frame. Can't wait until tomorrow to get my new countertop so we can install our faucet. Thank you Quality bath.

I ordered a shower system from QB as they had the lowest price I could find. After ordering, I received a notice that my product was backordered and that it would arrive in two weeks. In two weeks, the expected delivery was pushed out another two weeks. This continued for two months. When I finally called customer service to investigate further, the person that answered told me that he would call me back next week as the office was about to close. I never received that call. When I called back again, I was told that my product was again backordered. There was never a solution offered other than "wait another two weeks". Ultimately, I had to cancel my order because I needed to wrap up the project. Since they charged my credit card for a product that never shipped, I now need to go through the hassle of getting my refund.

Wow ! what an amazing shopping experience ! I needed a couple of drains and everywhere else I looked didn't have them in stock ..... QualityBath had them in stock and got them to me right away. I had a couple of questions before ordering and my call was promptly answered and then the order efficiently taken... and don't forget to ask about any promotions.
