Hello, we are still mid process but I wanted to make a special mention of Mimi Gonsky who has been extremely helpful with our ordering. Mimi took the time to double (triple!) check our order and has highlighted and troubleshot some small issues for us. Mimi really wants us to be satisfied with what we receive and how it performs. I received fantastic service from Quality Bath. My faucet was delayed by the manufacturer. During that time my customer service representative, Miri, kept me updated on pending ship dates, etc. When the faucet finally arrived, she processed shipping from the warehouse to me on a holiday so that I wouldn't be without water in my kitchen any longer than absolutely necessary. She was absolutely fantastic to work with!

The customer service rep was the same person, I had dealt with on a previous order, which had gone smoothly. She was happy to discuss my specific requirements, and very proactive in helping me find the right product, for this project. All of which gave me a comfort level that I was once again in good hands. That turned out to be true, as I had a requirement for a quick turn around on product delivery, which showed up right on time.

Hi Folks, This is the very first time I have ever ordered on line, to tell the truth I was a bit nervous about it but they walked me through the steps wonderfully. Provided the information I needed in a courteous manner and were friendly and efficient to work with. I would definitely order from them again, I am renovating an 180 year old house which was floated up here from Maine when the border changed to the St. Croix River. Always looking for old ways to do things , old fixtures, old everything to restore the house back to what it was only more efficient. Thanks for your help, I will definitely be calling you again. We're remodeling a bathroom and with a shortage of shopping options where we live, I did a lot of online ordering. The best experiences I've had were with Quality Bath where I purchased a shower faucet set and shower doors. Both are excellent quality and were priced considerably less than local or other online stores. Delivery was quicker than expected. I was contacted about whether an 18-wheeler could access our home to deliver the shower doors (it couldn't!), and I asked if the driver could call when he reached our private road, which he did. Our contractor met him and he helped unload the shower doors into the contractor's truck. I ordered 2 medicine cabinets and light fixtures from other sites and all 3 items arrived with broken glass and had to be returned. Great shopping with Quality Bath.
