When I ordered a farm sink from another site, it was expected to ship within 1-3 business days. I received an email the following day stating it would not arrive for at least 2 1/2 weeks. I found the same item on Quality Bath, contacted customer service to get confirmation this item was in stock. The representative was so very helpful and even placed the order for me immediately. I received this item 2 business days later. So happy now we can get our kitchen finished on time!!! Thank you!!

Quality Bath has the best prices I've found for the fixtures I was looking for, and salespersons were very helpful in making sure I had all the pieces I need for our renovation. The only frustration I encountered was that the online store has been closed a lot for religious holidays, making our timeline a bit tight, but that probably just reflects the time of year.

I was very apprehensive to order a product online as I am the type of person who needs to see a product in person to evaluate its quality and aesthetic value. Quality Bath's website had great pictures and descriptions and eased my fears concerning quality and appearance. The icing on the cake was the ease of online purchase and quick delivery. The sink was very well packaged and was just as pictured, actually, the quality was better than I anticipated. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company.

I couldn't really have had a better experience with QualityBath. I wrote asking about product availability on a specific faucet that was on sale, but they were already on Holiday. They promptly contacted me when they returned, confirmed availability, and extended me the sale price despite it having ended already. I ordered a farm sink from Quality Bath - I was VERY hesitant about it because I was sure it would be broken in pieces by the time I received it from the shipper, however it was packed so professionally and sturdy all was perfect! They also offered the best price on the sink I ordered - and believe me I did my research. I ordered a stainless steel sink grate that also came and in perfect condition. I ordered a sink strainer which I found out later I couldn't use because I had a garbage disposal and it would not work with it. I contacted customer service and there was no problem returning it. All in all a great experience.

I needed backplates for my kitchen drawer pulls to cover damage. I had a miscommunication with my wife, and ordered the wrong size. 66 of them. I called to try to figure out how to return them, and found it to be difficult. I guess I am spoiled by Amazon, Wayfair, etc. I would like to buy 66 of the right size, but was told to call back later, but that I would have to pay shipping, etc. Also, I opened the packages and used them before realizing they are too small. They are not damaged but are not all in the original packaging yet. Apparently this is problematic. If it was only a few, I would not be concerned, but its a couple hundred dollars' worth, so I am kind of bummed.

Great Vola faucet and great sales team

I haven't received my sink yet but my experience so far has been great. I found the website easy to use. I did have to contact customer service about something and found them pleasant and responsive. Once I made my order, I was shocked at how fast the turn around time was. I would recommend and use this company again.

The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable, and helped me narrow in on the right product for me based on one option I asked her about. I needed something fast, at a good price point but that had a specific look and size, and while on the phone she was able to direct me to a few products so I was able to choose and order the right one for the job right there with her on the phone.

Our concerns about getting the delivery of 2 bathroom vanities to our house were unfounded. They were easily off loaded from the delivery van and stowed in our garage without issue. The products delivered were just what we were expecting and with the great price we got, we are very happy we found Quality Bath for our new master bathroom.
