The mirror I ordered from Madelli has yet to arrive unbroken

I recently purchased a sink and faucet from Quality Bath to update my kitchen. I was very impressed with the way the items were packaged and delivered. This is my first place to shop when looking for name brands at great prices. Thank you for making online shopping a pleasure.

It was a good overall experience. I called in to Customer Service before ordering as it was my first time ordering, and they we polite but short with me over the phone which didn't instill a lot of confidence. The sink and accessories were delivered on time, in good shape, for the rigt price. So, in the end it I'm happy with our purchase.

I needed some drawer pulls that are not available everywhere and I needed them right away. I also needed a large number of them so I called the order in and the representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. She made sure that I received the correct number of drawer pulls and I received them when I needed them. Many on-line stores have associates that are just doing a job but they don't inspire much confidence in the job they are doing. At Quality Bath, I had the utmost confidence that I was going to get what I needed when I needed it and that was a great source of comfort. I will definitely shop at Quality Bath again.

I could not be more dissatisfied with QualityBath and their customer service. When the farmhouse sink I ordered arrived, the box it was shipped in did not appear to be damaged in any way. Therefore, I left the sink in the box, unopened and untouched until we were ready to install it two weeks later. I assumed the sink would be safer if it remained in its original packaging. Upon opening the box, I found a large crack running the length of the entire sink. When I notified the company, I was advised that they would not replace the damaged sink as I had not notified them within 24 hours of delivery. Neither the Order Confirmation or the Order Status they emailed included a stated requirement to inspect the product upon receipt. In fact, because the delivery was not scheduled, I was not even available to inspect the package within the time frame. The inspection requirement they relied upon to deny providing us with an undamaged product was a single sentence at the BOTTOM of the Shipment Notification. This could only be found if one actually scrolled down and read the shipment notification in its entirety. It was not in a clear or prominent place and could easily be missed by most. (As a side note, I recently ordered a mirror and the seller placed in bold red letters at the TOP of the email that the product needed to be inspected upon receipt-this was a much more prominent and reasonable notification). Despite repeated requests to replace the damaged product they provided, this company has refused. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with QualityBath and am out of pocket a great deal of money as the sink is completely unusable.

In a word, seamless.

Dov and Sari were wonderful to work with and very patient in answering my MANY MANY questions. I ordered pretty much a full high-end bathroom from them (toilet, sink, faucet, shower, hardware, medicine cabinet, etc.). I would be delighted to work with the QualityBath team again on a future purchase.

QualityBath had the best products and brands I was looking for. They also had the best prices. On one item (faucet) their price was fair. But when I called asking if they would discount the item, they reduced the price by 20%. With free shipping and no out of state taxes, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great prices, customer service was helpful and responsive - we received our order quickly. Haven't installed our sink yet - but will be excited to see how it all looks in our kitchen. Really happy I found qualitybath.com!
