Great prices and fast shipping on a large sink.

Everything was fine except the doors were the wrong size and instead of expediting like I was told the co. Looked for cheaper shipping and it delayed my delivery. Still waiting to get my installer back to install my doors

We ordered a 33" fireclay sink and it arrived well packaged and on time. Customer service was prompt when asked for details on shipping times on a number of their products.

I just happened to browse the Internet for the bathroom cabinet we had selected because it was the most expensive item in our bathroom redesign. I couldn't believe it when I found it for approximately $2K less. I immediately contacted QB on a Friday and instantly heard back from a customer service representative (Jay) that said he was OOO but would call me on Monday and answer all my questions. I had a lot questions because I was suspicious of the price difference. I found out that QB has no showroom and does purchase directly from manufacturer. It was made very clear to me that I had responsibilities in this process, i.e., inspecting the product upon delivery or signing that inspection was pending. If the latter, it was made clear that I needed to do this within 24 hours. We were able to do this with everything except the counter top because it was packed so well in a crate. We worked with them to get a few more days so we could get the contractor to take the top out of the crate and they confirmed via email the extension. Overall, this was a very professional experience in which customer service and the returns department (Janet) was there to assist us through the entire process.I will use this company when I can in the future and will recommend this company to family and friends.

I bargain hunt for most everything I purchase. That is how I discovered QualityBath.com. I was comparison shopping for a Blanco brand fireclay sink versus other online retailers (including Amazon.com). I found QualityBath.com had comparable prices on many products and had the best pricing on the sink I was interested in purchasing. I had questions regarding some of the add-on accessories so I called their phone line to ask questions and place my order. The customer service associate was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The sink and accessories arrived unharmed and earlier than expected. Thankfully, I kept an eye on the tracking to make sure I was on hand when it arrived so I could receive and inspect it. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will certainly continue to comparison shop at QualityBath.com in the future.

Everything went fine, Ordering, personnel, and delivery but I noticed the Large package that my shower door came in was Beaten up Pretty bad BUT all the parts seemed to be there and my contractor did not contact me of any issues about the shower door, so far so good. Thanks Quality Bath.

We purchased two Robern AiO medicine cabinets for several hundred dollars less than we could find them retail anywhere locally. They arrived exactly when promised and in perfect condition. We love them!
