Returned a farmhouse kitchen sink because I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the customer service couldn't have been more helpful. They took the time to walk me through the steps of retuning an 80lb sink. Very appreciative.

I entered an order online minutes before a sale was to end but the order got hung up online and did not complete. I called customer service and a very polite and helpful lady answered and found my order in the system amd confirmed the order quickly. Great people!

We had a great experience with the purchase of our kitchen sink. The price was unbeatable. As it turned out, we decided on a different color after we had made our purchase. The customer service department was very helpful and we were able to exchange the sink for s different color. The process was very smooth and reasonable. Thank you Quality Bath.

Calling customer service was fantastic! I was able to ship my order when I expected to be home from vacation. While shipping was very fast, I was under the impression that I would need to sign for my package upon delivery; however, I just received notification from FedEx that it was delivered. I did not have the opportunity to inspect the item as I thought I had to prior to taking delivery. If there was a defect, the website says I am not to take receipt of the item. Looks like the procedure wasn't followed in this instance. I also hope the product does not become damaged or stolen while sitting somewhere outside of my home.

Sara was very helpful in choosing my fire clay sink and kitchen faucet. My sink arrived in less than 1 week and the packaging was excellent. The website says to contact you for a better price but you all were closed and a sale was expiring before you opened the next morning. I would have liked to contact you but still ensure that I get at least the sale price.

Truly, Quality Bath saved me from a remodel design disaster. I had ordered the sink through a local plumbing store and they fell through in SO many ways. My contractor was starting the remodel and needed the sink and the plumbing store called me 1 week after talking with them to arrange pick up that they did not know where my sink was and that it would be ANOTHER 4 weeks before they could get me one. As an interior designer hearing that is an out of body experience. I called Quality Bath and my service provider Jay was super understanding and found me the same sink which was actually less than the plumbing store price and it was delivered right away I'm definitely going to be using Quality Bath again!
