Quality Bath do a great job with shipping. The boxes are strong and I never had a problem with broken or missing pieces. I did a kitchen and bath remodeling job and I purchased, bathroom fixtures, vessels, knobs, shower pipe, etc. I received every item very quickly and they kept informed on order status at all the time. I understand now that the item description has been modified to clear up any confusion about the drain location which will help others. Although the company did pay for the return shipping and gave me a full refund (which is very good), it was still a hassle to repackage it and take it to the closest FedEx shipping location, stand in line, etc. and I had to find another base quickly that I had to go pickup locally so my plumber could start on time. Probably should have offered a discount on future order, etc. but was a good start.
