It can be difficult to search for an item. Many of the items do not have detailed descriptions or specs. However, they quickly reply to questions, and they do offer special pricing. I am always leery of trying to online business.

We ordered two faucets - one from Home Depot and one from your company While the Home Depot order arrived within two days, our order from your company took over two months to arrive. During that time, the delivery date kept changing weekly, and at one point we were told the package was lost, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the faucet itself arrived in good condition and works well. However, the long and uncertain delivery process made the overall experience disappointing. I hope your team can review and improve communication and logistics with customers, as faster and more reliable shipping would make a big difference.
