I generally give outstanding reviews, but in this case I sadly cannot. I ordered a pedestal sink online from Quality Bath, which was ultimately a BIG mistake. I hope this review helps the next person who thinks this is a good idea! To be honest, it's very hard to gauge the SCALE of a sink even if you know the exact dimensions. Until you actually set it in your bathroom, you just don't really know what to expect. It's a guessing game. If I had to do it all over again, I would make SURE that I have seen a sink in real time before ordering it online. That being said, I did, sight unseen, order a pedestal sink from Quality Bath recently. Their website is beautiful, and the measurements seemed to suit my needs. As it turns out, I was just inches off...the sink fit in the bathroom, but the scale was not quite right. When I contacted Quality Bath to return it, I was so, sooooooo discouraged. My customer service rep was very unsympathetic and short with me. She let me know that I simply needed to repack and ship back the two GIANT and HEAVY boxes at my expense, and that there would be a 20% restocking fee -- both just killed me. All added up, the return costs equalled the price of the sink (give or take a few dollars). Sadly, I discovered that I could have purchased the VERY SAME SINK at Home Depot online. The purchase price would have been less, and the shipping to me would have been FREE! My return process would have been a piece of cake, as well. I could have just taken it back to any Home Depot location and returned it for a full refund. Drat. I didn't do my homework! So I am now trying to sell my brand new pedestal sink on Craigslist to recover a bit of the $500 dollars spent. I hope this review might help anyone considering a purchase similar to mine from Quality Bath! The sink that I purchased is beautiful. I love it. It's a St. Thomas Creations "Liberty" sink in PERFECT condition! Does anyone want to buy it? I'll make you a GREAT DEAL! My loss is your gain! ;)

The whole team at Quality Bath was so helpful and inspiring that we sent them a box of Christopher Elbow chocolates! We just saved a ton of $$$ and really wanted the thank Mimi, Naomi and Sari for all the great communications and support with our master bath remodeling orders. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and the Robern Cartesian vanity drawers are unbelieveable! The tip-out also tips up and is the ultimte in Quality Bath fixtures! Cheers, Tom & Janne

The sales person was GREAT! I couldn't rate a 5 in most questions because, We purchased this for new construction. It has not yet been installed nor have we used it yet.

I don't like to order much from the Internet, I have heard horror stories. My order was correct and arrived on the promise time. It was easier than I thought it would be! Customer service guy was friendly and helpful. Good experience!

What started as a leak under my old sink resulted in (what looks like) a kitchen remodel. We added a beautiful new black Blanco sink and stunning Kraus faucet. They choices were great, the prices in our budget and the delivery very fast. It's perfect! LOVE IT. Thanks

The shower enclosure was shipped promptly...almost too promptly, since we changed our minds on the hardware finish less than 48 hours after placing the order. Called customer service to see if it was too late to get it switched out but unfortunately it had already shipped from Dreamline. I appreciated the rep making the effort to put me on hold and call Dreamline to help me get it resolved.

The delivery went very well. The delivery man even waited for me to open the boxes so I could inspect the shower door before he left. He was very cordial and the door was delivered in excellent condition. I have since installed the door and it is excellent. I couldn't have maid a better choice at any price.

Everything went just like I had hoped and I got my items and loved them. I shopped for something I already wanted to buy & they were having a sale so in my search I was linked to the sale information on this site, found my items were on sale for less than any other site, I could see the site owners and their physical address and that the site was secure. Im am always reluctant to use an online store I have never used before but this site made me feel it was legitimate and so I took the chance. They also had a reasonable return policy that was clearly stated so I felt good about that as well even though I did not need to return anything.

Received timely responses to emailed questions and was even able to directly call the respondent (sales) of the email to further ask questions. Payment was quick and easy, shipping quick and received exactly what I thought I would. Would definitely order from again without hesitation.
