Well designed website with great images, descriptions and always a real person from the company to help via chat/phone if necessary. The company has high quality brands and they also make sure products offered are available and if not available will tell you a projected ship date. Promos are always offered even if they are 5 percent, they are welcome. I hope they continue to stay in business because it is always a great experience!

At first I contacted a costumer service representative and said the faucet will arrive in weeks and I almost did not buy it because I needed fast. I contacted again another representative and this time he said it will arrive in 4-5 days. The faucet at the end arrived in few days.

Difficult to match image colors with menu colors. Was on my phone so maybe that was a problem. But when I change the menu colors, the image did not change.

I purchased 2 granite composite shower pans and the quality of the pans exceeded my expectations. They were carefully packed for safe shipping and arrived fast!!
