Q:I got the tub and it’s beautiful. One question I have is how to open and close the drain. It feels like a silly question, but i can’t seem to lift it and there is no lever...

This has a toe tap drain. Meaning you push it down and it pops up and push it again to close.

Beautiful tub, will be using it again for future projects.

I used this tub in a primary bathroom remodel several years ago. I LOVE this tub. Looked fantastic, functions well, roomy (I'm 5'9" tall) but not too roomy. When I listed the home, I received multiple offers, all buyer feedback was that the primary bath was a big hit. I miss that tub and am planning on using it again for future projects. Really happy it's still available. Be aware of 2 things: 1. Ensure adequate hot water supply for a large tub. 2. Once installed it's tricky to access the drain. My contractor solved that issue by placing an access panel in the floor below the tub, reachable through the ceiling in the room below. (Main floor ceiling access panel to the 2nd floor bathtub drain.)

I LOVE THIS TUB!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the ultimate soaking tub - perfect depth and size! I paid a bit extra for the insulation and the water stays comfortably hot/warm for more than an hour. I looked and looked for the perfect freestanding soaking tub and this is it! Such graceful lines and surprisingly easy to get in and out because you can securely grip the sides.
