Q:I plan to use NPB tub & shower trim w/ rough, no tub, use the shower for the primary outlet and the diverted for the hand shower. Do I need the flow control valve for NPB Hand Held SS 280N?, Also is the handle matching chrome, hard to tel from the image. Thanks.

You can use the diverter on the trim can be used for the handshower instead of the tub spout.
