First, this is not inexpensive but it adds tremendous value. Keeps towels dry, helps to warm the room, looks great and it gathers towels in one location. Naomi at QualityBath provided timely support pre-and post-sale; this is critical to ensure the heavy towel bar arrives on time and without damage. This is the 2nd towel bar I've bought from QualityBath; The first went into a master bath in South Florida where frequent showers and high humidity require a means of keeping the towels dry. The 2nd one installed in Tennessee where colder winters call for warmed and dry towels. (see attached photos). Both bars are controlled by electronic timers.
