I have had a Mr. Steam previously and liked it. I can't really write a review for this purchase at this time as it has yet to be installed in our renovation. However, the company shipped it on immediately. But since they do not ship to Hawaii I had to ship it to a friend on the mainland then reship it to Hawaii.
