Forget about ever purchasing bottled water again. Spare the costs and all the space it takes up in your kitchen and refrigerator. Water filters are typically installed as a secondary kitchen faucet used primarily for drinking. A water filter faucet is connected to a water filtration system that thoroughly cleans the regular tap water from germs, bacteria, and dirt. The result is delicious drinking water! You need to purchase the water filter system separately or as an option together with the filter. Filtering cartridges must be replaced every six months or so.

Hot and cold faucet water filter has separate handles, or levers, for hot and cold water. The cold water gets filtered through the water filtration system. The hot water comes out instantly at near boiling temperature, a lot hotter than the regular hot tap. It does not go through the water filtration system as does the cold water. Instead, the water gets heated in a small tank below the sink, which either comes along with the faucet or is purchased separately. (Refer to specific product listings for specs.)The hot water gets sterilized during the heating process and is safe to drink. No more need for a hot water urn!
