Don't bother ordering Lefroy Brooks if you want any customer service afterwards. Quality Bath is great, but they can only accept returns, etc. based on the willingness of the manufacturer to accept them, and Lefroy Brooks is entirely unreasonable, even if you've bought thousands of dollars worth of their product. This has happened time and again with LB -- go to Perrin & Rowe or another high end product instead.
