Is shipping really free?

Yes! QualityBath.com offers free shipping on all orders above $99, across the United States’ 48 contiguous states. If your total order is under $99, you will incur a $14.99 surcharge.

If you would like the order delivered to one of a handful of isolated U.S. locations, special shipping arrangements need to be made and they entail additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for shipping costs to these unique destinations.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Quality Bath processes every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping time varies based on factors such as product type, stock status and shipping destination. We work to expedite the process as much as possible, and usually have the product on its way to you within one business day from when you place the order or it reaches the warehouse. Please note that custom/specialty products, or products on backorder, can take up to several weeks until delivery is possible.

You can verify the estimated delivery date for individual products, before placing your order, on each product page. For all orders, you will receive an email within one business day after order confirmation informing you of the estimated delivery date. You can track your order and delivery status by logging in to your account or clicking on the link we will email you.
