The shower arm came just as expected. We live in an area with extremely hard water. One fine day my husband went to tilt the shower head and the original arm just broke from the wall! One thing lead to another and we ended up doing a whole bathroom remodel. We selected Hansgrohe for all our bathroom hardware and have not been disappointed. It pairs well with the Hansgrohe Raindance C shower head or any other Hansgrohe shower head.
