I bought 5 Grohe Timeless Soap/Lotion Dispensers 40536000. 4 worked good but one was slow to recover after pressing for soap. I called Quality Bath and they gave me the Grohe phone number and suggested I call them which I did . Grohe sent me a new Jack Pump and all are now working good. Thank you for your good service. ron
