Q:Some of the pictures show the lever at the back of the faucet and some pictures show it with none. Does this item have that lever or not? (I'm hoping not as we already have a pop up drain so do not need this lever which I assume controls that?)

We've used these faucets in both of our bathroom renovations. They fit perfectly on IKEA's Godmorgon vanities, but manage to really dress them up. After doing several kitchen and bath renovations, I think one of the most important details is bath and kitchen hardware. You turn off and on your sinks many times a day, which makes having really solid, fully metal hardware very important. The taps open and shut seamlessly and never drip. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
