Q:Hello - I purchased this item from you and wanted to confirm whether the placement of the spout and handle are reversible. For example, can I place the handle on the left and the spout on the right or does it only assemble the way it's shown in the image?

It can only be assembled the way it is shown due to the valve that goes behind it.
