Q:i am looking to order the Franke sink grid, FK 33-36C or S, for my Franke farmhouse sink model #FHK710-33. What is the difference in coated or stainless? I want something that I can put hot items on if needed.
A:
The coated has a clear rubber-like casing around the grid, and is good if you don't like the sound of metal clanging, but the stainless grid will handle heat much better.
