Q:Hi, Is it possible to change the backset to the interior knob on the Emtek EMP22227 EMPOWERED™2 Touch Keyed Entry Set Hercules Smooth Grip Bluetooth
to a rectangular shape without the screws showing? This would match my other Providence knob set on the other door in this room. thanks!

We can switch the interior rosette to the rectangular but Emtek does not offer a concealed fastener option on their entry sets.
