Q:Is this vanity constructed of wood ... if so, what kind? Also, I have seen another site carrying the matte white finish ... do you carry that finish also? Thanks!

The vanity is made out of MDF, which is a mixture of wood and other materials. If this is available in white matte then we can possibly get it.
