Q:Is the just door swing reversible...or the entire unit reversible .....want door to be far left swing out

Yes. This is reversible. The stationary panel can be on the left and the door on the right.

Q:Is the Inside Panel (E) required? For installation purposes, can I just use the door and disregard the panel? I can only create an opening wide enough for the door and I'm hoping I can make it work.
A:
That door is very heavy. All the parts are designed to install together. By not installing the stationary panel with the door that is considered modifying the installation. We do not have a kit to use to just install the door. I can not recommend it.
