Great customer service from Dreamline but the door was extremely difficult to install. We cut the top piece incorrectly (our mistake) when installing. Dreamline was very kind and sent us a new piece without a charge. So, kudos to their response. However, that was just the beginning of what took us about 8 hours over 2 weekends to install. Screws were missing so we had to go to Home Depot twice to get the correct ones for the guides on the end pieces. The the directions don't tell you the actual length of the screws that were missing so we had to buy several packets because they can't be too long or too short or they simply will not work. Plus, they have to be brass or rust proof. Then, the side pieces were not easy because they don't line up with the top correctly even though our bathroom was a brand new construction and near perfectly leveled by a professional contractor. It is completely unforgiving. We have a gap between the top bar and the right side piece of 1/4" that we now have to live with. The adjustments on the door was horrendous too. We had to take then on and off twice to get them to where we can adjust them without a problem. Only one side of the glass has the coating to reflect water and so that was a problem as the sticker that tells you this information is miniscule a the bottom and you need magnifying glasses to read it. Plus, that is never mentioned in the instructions whatsoever. I found it by accident after it was installed and I was cleaning the glass. That meant taking the door off third time, turning it around and over an hour spent on readjusting it yet again to be level. The instructions were written by a 4 year old I think! Seriously, they were almost impossible to follow and not even in the correct order which we discovered and had to take things back apart. So, the customer service of DreamLine was actually terrific which is the only reason I give this more than 1 star. There is no way I can remotely recommend this door.

Nice door, works well and delivery no damage
Purchased these shower doors for a brand new bathroom and love them. Packaging was great, product was great, price was great. Looking to order another in the near future for my second bath which will be renovated in June. Thank you Quality Bath.
