purchased this beautiful tub filler for a new home I am building, but was not ready to install it for 11 months, outside of the return policy. When my plumber came to install this tub filler, he said he installed this model in his own home and a brass fitting broke off at the base. He installed one two months ago that failed in the same location, and he knows another plumber who installed one that also broke off in the same place. I am out hundreds of dollars, but at least am not dealing with a flood. Stay away from this defective tub filler.
