It states that this extension kit will extend up to 1inch. However, the piece to extend the diverted is only 1/2” longer. That’s a problem b/c the diverter piece is the only thing that holds the face plate against the finished wall. Brito tech support had a very difficult time understanding that a 1/2” longer extension piece cannot extend the fixture by 1inch. Finally, they agreed to send a connector that will enable me to complete the installation task. This kit should already include the correct lengths, especially since this little kit costs $90 at Qualitybath (but $180+ at other stores).

This is the product you need if you find out during finish plumbing installation that the shower rough in is too far back in wall due to thick mud on the shower waterproofing. Quality Bath was able to get my client this product in an amazingingly short lead time! thank you!
