This is a lovely towel ring, it matches my Brizo faucet beautifully and is well-constructed out of quality materials. HOWEVER, it cannot be mounted with the single bracket supplied. Customer Support was unhelpful. I was finally able to mount the Towel Ring by using two brackets, turned sideways, and secured, one 1-1/8" above the other, to engage both top and bottom of the base. Brizo did send me a second bracket, free for the asking.
