I love my Victoria and Albert claw foot tub. We needed a replacement valve, so I contacted the original company where we purchased it. No one ever got back to me so I found Quality Bath online and they were extremely helpful. They helped me immediately and even expedited the order.

The bathtub is beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a small ding to the tub which must have happened prior to packaging and shipping as all of the packaging was intact and showed no evidence of damage.

The York tub from Victoria and Albert has been a tremendously appreciated aspect of my everyday life. I’ve had 8 abdominal surgeries and suffer from Adhesions disease, which can be very painful at times and deep soaking heat across the abdomen makes a huge difference. As such, I take baths daily, sometimes even two a day and couldn’t be happier with the purchase of this tub. The volcanic stone does hold heat very well and the dimensions are such that I can sink down to my chin and be completely submerged which isn’t easy as a 5’11” guy who weighs 225lbs! Bottom line is, this tub is very comfortable, stays warm, has great dimensions and a classic timeless look. We live in New Hampshire and bought our tub last April, installing it last spring and I’ve been enjoying it ever since. What a great investment!

This is a great tub I highly recommend for price and value. It also is one of the best looking tubs around it compliments our bathroom perfectly and is so very comfortable another great feature is that it holds the water temperature for a long time.

I bought this bath while renovating my home and I love it endlessly. Super comfy to lounge in and is now my favourite place to be. Pricey but very much worth the price tag it comes with.

This is a great tub, and for the price it is amazing. It looks great in my bathroom, and Qualitybath.com could not have been easier to work with. My only reason for giving this a 4 star rating rather than a 5 is because the holes in the tub are at a bit of an odd distance. It is not a deal breaker by any means, but you will need to be mindful in choosing a tub filler that is it the right size. They can be found, but it is not one of the more common sizes. Other than that, we love this tub!

We remodeled our bathroom over the summer and wanted to get a freestanding bathtub. Our bathroom is small, and we only had room for a 60" bathtub. I went to a local place to try out tubs, and almost all of them had thick walls and felt tiny when I sat inside. The walls of this tub were much thinner, which made a HUGE difference - it is very roomy despite its length and can comfortably fit two people. The curve at each the end of the tub is comfortable to lean on (Victoria and Albert makes a similar-sized tub that has squared off ends - also felt huge, but it was impossible to find a comfortable place to lean without sliding). Love it! Qualitybath.com had a much better price, so I ordered online. Customer service was helpful and friendly.

Was very concerned about such a large purchase on the internet. Talked to the quality Bath folks and they set me at ease. Tub arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition and installed it with the help of a friend. MY wife could not be happier.

I bought this tub online, sight unseen, as part of a a total master bath remodel. I threw the dice in this regard, and am totally pleased with the result. Both the design and finish are stellar. Additionally, the price at Qualitybath was by far the best I could find. I was after a tub design that was understated in its elegace but timeless as well. Everyone comments how the love it. We paired it with Queen Beige marble flooring and the look as fabulous!

This tub is gorgeous and amazingly comfortable. Painted ours black, which was much more challenging than one would think, but the finished project is amazing. Quality Bath was great; no problems with delivery.

Our architect recommended this tub and we love it. The size and contours are extremely comfortable and the heat retention is remarkable -- allowing for lengthy soaks. Ordering and delivery was smooth and without incident. The tub fits perfectly into the new bath in our historic home.

We purchased the York tub as part of a complete master bathroom redo. It is an awesome product. It is much sturdier than vinyl and much lighter than cast iron. I believe it is the best of both worlds. The tub does an outstanding job of retaining heat. I could literally stay in the tub for an hour without the water getting cold. The tub cleans easily, was easy to install (and carry up the stairs), and looks BEAUTIFUL! Quality Bath is also the best at what they do. Delivery was quick, the service and information provided was great, and there was no better price to be found. I WILL shop here again!

Great tub and a great price. Delivery was timely too, considering it came from the other side of the country and it is very heavy. The Victoria and Albert products are excellent quality and will make any bathroom look very classy. I love my V&A tub and with the slipper design, I can recline in the tub and have somewhere to rest my head.

I am a contractor in the Houston TX area. I have seen many tubs and bathroom fixtures that look great in the pictures but no so good when they arrive. This tub surpassed my expectations.
