Looks sleek and flows beautifully, but operating takes some getting used to. Handle is a bit stiff, and there is some resistance with the head, which doesn't retract all the way.

The wand is metal with a desired metal finish plated to the base metal. The wand is well built when compared to cheaper models that are made from plastics or plastic with a plated metal finish.

Excellent quality hose made from mental and plated in the desired metal finish. It is far superior to the plated on plastic products in the market.

What makes the Axor line more expensive than the cheaper Hansgrohe products? Many faucets may have metal bodies, but the spray head and handles are plastic. The Axor Citterio has full metal parts throughout. Depending on the sink location, the Axor Citterio can rotate a full 360-degrees or install the provided brass angle limiters (2 different angles) between the body and high-arc neck to suite your needs. The angle adjustment can be changed at any time by removing or switching the brass limiter. Note: The spray head and neck need to be removed to make the modification. I like how the spray head is an extension of the high-arc neck, yet is appropriately sized to easily grab and pull. Some spray heads of a similar design are too small and can only be grasped with a thumb and index finger. In summary; the Axor Citterio is a beautiful design that will remain relevant for many years and I'm confident the build quality will last just as long. With the competitive pricing, wonderful site design displaying products, and excellent communication - Quality Bath will remain at the top of my list as places to buy from.

I chose this Axor Citterio designed faucet for one master bathroom remodel and used it for 3 others bathrooms that I remodeled just recently. The attention to detail is what you would expect form a world respected designer like Antonio Citterio and a company like Hansgrohe. I looked at all the designs in the Axor line and my husband agreed that this felt the best in his hands and looks great. The small square edge detail at the base of the faucet is beautiful and echoed in the bath and shower controls should you wish to match those to this faucet. Hansgrohe is known for quality and we've had absolutely no issues with this faucet or the other bath and shower products in the Citterio M line.

This is a great looking kitchen faucet and it really does look so "pro". Love the "switch" which allows you to toggle between spray and jet. Wish it would hang slightly lower though cos it sometimes ends up splashing on me. But really, we have no complaints about this gorgeous faucet. Highly recommended

This faucet is awesome. I am tall and the tall spout is really nice. And I love the look of the cross handles with the `H` and `C` buttons. Overall it feels very solid. I would definitely buy it again.

First the good...it looks fabulous. I wanted this unit because I like to have (1) thermostatic mixing valve but all other items to be volume control, NOT diverters. This does exactly that in one clean package. The bad: well, two items...first, the handles are a little "stiff" when trying to turn them. I have used american standard mixing valves and volume controls, as well as zuchetti. None of them are stiff like this. I don't know if this is normal for Hansgrohe or a problem with this particular unit, or the installation. Nonetheless it doesn't feel right, which leads to problem #2: with soapy hands, you can't turn the knobs. totally impossible. Where could this product be improved? either texture on the knobs or a "bump" on them to provide some grip.

This wallbar is sleek and is of great quality. The detachable showerhead stays in place and is easily adjustable along the bar. Would definitely purchase this product again for any future reno projects.

Originally purchased a hand held shower massage from home building supply store, the hose that came with it like all of them, was made of cheap plastic, which did not last long. Purchased this hose from Quality Bath, connected it to the existing hand held and what a difference! You get what you pay for, this hose will outlast the hand held shower head...as the name states..."Quality Bath" and quality is what you can expect.

We remodeled our kitchen in 2014 to get it up to standard for our neighborhood. We hired a interior designer and a builder for the remodel. The price they came back with was over what we budgeted. Our builder told us to look at Quality Bath for some of the fixtures. With the savings we were able to find there, we were able to get our projuct back on budget. We finished the update and put our house on the market, it sold in 21 days with a 3 person bidding war going on . Great place to be in. We broke ground on our new house last week. We will be using Quality Bath again for the kitchen and Baths again.

i purchased two sets of this faucet for a double vanity. I love the look and feel of the faucets. Good quality and they work well. As an interior designer as well as a home DIY'er, I'm always looking for style and quality on a budget. I would absolutely recommend these.

The Hansgrohe faucet is excellently made; you can tell the second you open the box that it has been well-designed and thought out from every angle. The volume of water that can come through the end is measured, so even though the spout may be a couple of feet from the bottom of the sink, when you turn on the water you don't run the risk having excessive water pressure splash everywhere and dowse you entirely from the waist up. The only minor issue I have had is with having to take the faucet apart to lubricate the on/off mechanism. This wasn't difficult to do or time consuming, but I kind of felt that if it was necessary to have the internal parts greased, there ought to have been directions to do this prior to installing it in the first place. Maybe it was greased from the factory, but I still had to do this after about a year. All in all, it's a very handsome faucet that works excellently -- is designed well -- only take a moment when initially installing to lubricate the hot/cold/on/off mechanism first!

It is beautiful - I have a small powder room and was having a hard time finding a sink that could fit - I found the Duravit wall mount sink and paired it with this Hansgrohe faucet - two very different styles but along with a huge venetian mirror, silver &cream wallpaper, and a crystal chandelier it it looks great. I've bought a lot of fixtures from Quality Bath and have been super happy with the customer service, prices and quality!
