My normal salesman, Dom, was simply OUTSTANDING! This product was back-ordered 4-6 weeks at every other online site, including Brizo! Dom had it in stock and was able to ship it the next day. Not only that, he asked, “Do you want the valves too?” WOW! I can’t tell you how many times I bought something only to find out I needed more parts. Dom really took care of me. Great Faucet, not so good packing

There was a long wait between the order and the delivery due to a back order. Quality kept me informed. When the faucet arrived, the outside box was damaged and open on one end, the Brizo box was open as well. There was no visible damage to the faucet. I was not able to tell for sure that all the parts were there because there was no printed inventory. As it turned out, the required check valves were missing. As I was replacing a Delta faucet that used the same check valves, I was able to install the new Faucet. I called Brizo Customer Support and they are sending new check valves.

I know from unwrapping them that they match my faucet and will look awesome in the new sink I have ordered.

This is a great looking faucet. I am very pleased with it. I find the smart touch technology wanting. We have unplugged this feature. If I had it to do over, I would get the faucet without the smart touch technology and give it 5 stars.

Only suggestion would be to let customer know BEFORE ordering when a selection will take 2-3 weeks to ship. I may have selected another faucet to get it faster since my faucet was broken and I needed a replacement more quickly.

The Brizo faucets are great quality but pricey!

I purchased this faucet for our upcoming new house build. The faucet is quite beautiful and will add a modern/ contemporary look to the kitchen. The knurling is very nice and the brass color is not too shiny. I will incorporate knurled pulls into the cabinetry to pull this look together. It is an expensive faucet, but Delta is good company so I hope it will last a lifetime. I looked everywhere and did not find a lower price.

This was the most reasonable price I could find for this faucet! 4 stars because it is surprisingly lighter in weight than all our other new faucets. It is very nice, but not installed yet.

This multi function hand shower is awesome! Water pressure is great and the finish matches all our master bathroom plumbing fixtures. It is well crafted and I love the different options for the sprayer.

I love this pot filler. I was looking for something for my kitchen for awhile. I came across this and felt that it was the perfect color (I went with the luxe gold) a nice shape and a fantastic quality. I was really going for a statement piece in my kitchen. My husband was able to install it by himself, shipping was quick and on time. The product is heavy and well made, the water pressure is fantastic and fills my pots twice as fast as my sink faucet. I definitely would recommend this product.

Although the Brizo Levoir faucet and handles were well engineered, constructed of high quality materials and finishes, were relatively easy to install, and look great, the cold water valve leaked upon installation and will have to be replaced. In addition, the drain gasket did not prevent leaks from the drain assembly beneath the sink, and will have to be replaced as well.

This is the product you need if you find out during finish plumbing installation that the shower rough in is too far back in wall due to thick mud on the shower waterproofing. Quality Bath was able to get my client this product in an amazingingly short lead time! thank you!
