I would give it a 5 except it’s not installed yet, however I had to write an early review. The sink i ordered was going to take 8 weeks to arrive, unfortunately they did not have one in stock and it was being shipped out of the country. I went into panic mode, the customer service rep was patiently amazing as she shared other options with me, me being picky I asked 100 questions and she answered all of them!! With her help I found another perfect replacement. It’s hard to find Companies that employ exceptional Customer Service employees!! This company is #1!!
Beautiful sink. Large and convenient. The only challenge was securing it to cabinet without brackets.

I was very pleased with not only the quality of the product, but the great customer service I received. I actually ordered a different sink, but QB called me to let me know that the one I ordered would have to ship from Italy as it wasn't in stock, and would take around six weeks. The generously offered to send me a more expensive sink that was in stock at the same price. It's rare to find a company that goes out of their way to make sure their customers are happy.
Love, love, love my new sink! It's so beautiful that it's my favorite part of my new kitchen.

I made this purchase having done some research and after calling quality bath with some questions (they were very helpful), but really taking a leap of faith. I knew what I wanted and this seemed to fit the bill but I honestly didn't know until it was installed if I would be happy! I am very happy! It's a beautiful, sleek sink. I didn't want ornate or fancy, just simple farmhouse with function. I love the single bowl. It maximizes space, as this is not the largest of the farmhouse sinks, and looks nicer in my opinion. It's not nearly as easily damaged as I feared and I have three small children so it gets lots of use! We did get the grid for protection which I love as well. Plus it adds a little industrial look which suits our decor nicely. I would recommend this sink to anyone looking for a classic, non fussy look.
