Good Product but Tricky Connector

Product is solid, but instructions lack some detail & the t-connector had entirely wrong sized connectors. Was quite a hassle finding the correct t-connector & non return valve... bought lots of incorrect versions & ended up wasting a tonne of time & a bit of money. But fou.d what I needed eventually... I called for support a couple of times but never got a follow up.

Very Very satisfied with the Senso. Wash toilet seat. Wish that it could. stay paired with the remote though. However, customer service is very excellent and helping!

Wonderfully Responsive Service Experience

There was going to be a 6 week delivery time frame for this product. I emailed quality bath and explained my construction schedule was compressed and I needed the sink sooner. The left-side design was very hard to find, but they scoured their inventory and various warehouses and found one and expedited it to my home. It was awesome service.

This mirror was the perfect addition to our renovated bathroom. We weren't sure at first how close we could put it to where two walls meet because how that might impact light exposure. We ended up putting it a few inches away and it looks great with our vanity and the lights look and work really well to give a minimalist, modern look.

Very high quality sink. Nice and heavy. The box was a little damaged even though it arrived on the palette with the vanity, but the sink is so heavy duty it survived.

This is a beautiful sink. We have a 100 year old house, but the bathrooms were remodeled in the 1930s, including a built-in cast iron bathtub. For that reason, we wanted to update our sink, but keep the style. This product matches the style and decor perfectly. Quality Bath helped us with our decision, gave us a great deal and was super easy to work with, even though we are located 2500 miles away.

It was needed to properly install the vanity and I was glad you sold it and it was in stock.

Great product

Bought this sink for a bathroom remodel and it looks exactly like I expected. High quality and fit perfectly with my faucet purchase. I've used it for 6 months and one thing with the rectangle bowls is that water doesn't flow down to the drain so quickly so with my little ones, their toothpaste debris often sits on the bowl. Not a big deal but just have to clean it more often. I would buy it again because I'm a fan of the clean lines. I am planning to buy a wider one for the master bath remodel with two faucet holes. I will likely buy from quality bath again as well because thier prices are competitive and shipping was extremely fast. Originally when I purchased this item, I bought it through another vendor who said it would take 3 months since all of Germany was on vacation. Quite ridiculous so I ordered from quality bath and it arrived in a week or so. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with the shipping time. The staff is very quick to reply to emails as well.

We love our bidet. After 2 years of using it we highly recommend it. Remember to buy the frame for hang it at the wall. The great thing is that you can adjust the height when you install it. It goes perfectly with Duravit DuraStyle Wall Mounted Toilet 2542090092 We recommend pop up plug. The product is stylish and modern without compromising with comfort.

I do love the look of this toilet and the positioning of the flush. I am going to use this same toilet in my other 2 bathrooms.

The pros: We love the toilet, and it looks really great in our bathroom in the middle of major renovation. Five stars for fit/finish and appearance. The cons: It's really heavy, and not so fun to position over the seal because of that. So far the only problem is that the diverter spout that fills either the bowl or the tank gets stuck, and doesn't fill the bowl very well. The float is on an arm that slides up and down, tilting the spout and adding a time delay. But, when the tank is filling, the float wants to float sideways and makes the sliding arm bind until the water gets to a certain level. Changing the float level in one direction makes the binding worse, and changing the level in the other direction makes the fill time too short It's a very clever design, but it doesn't quite work correctly. I'm not quite sure what to do about it, but I may contact the company and see if they have a revised design from the valve manufacturer to fix it. Also, the toilet seat is a strange shape and size. No big deal, but takes a little time to acclimate. But man, that's a nice looking toilet....

Very happy with our Duravit sink purchase. The clean lines and minimal size made it perfect for our small bathroom. Only complaint would be the deep basin is hard to keep clean.

I was looking for a discontinued sink.. The representative tried very hard to find it for me and then went above and beyond againtofind a sink very close in appearance. It was a lot of work for a small sale. Awesome!!!!!

3 words - Design is perfect! The dimensions make this the ideal bathroom sink - depth and width make for a very clean surrounding surface even with an aggressive "face-washer".

We ordered two of these for a remodel. They are just as described and look very nice. I would order a Duravit sink again.

I already had this sink in my bathroom, and when we needed to replace a sink in my husband's bathroom, I chose the same one I had in mine, because it's the best sink ever. It's a large deep bowl at just the right height (we purchased the beautiful metal base as well.) It has enough space around the bowl to set bottle and toothbrush holders - and it's so stylish.
