We recently remodeled our entire Master bathroom and purchased almost all the Fixtures (plumbing, lighting, etc) on the Internet. We purchased the Pro Series unit with the Signature Control unit, and the steam shower light from Quality Bath. The sizing of the steam generator was very simple. After finding the area of the steam room we used their chart to determine what size would be best for us to use. The Generator, Light, and Controller arrived in three boxes and was very well packaged. We had some problems with the initial installation. After installing the generator the unit was not working. We placed a call to tech support and found the Master Control Board was dead and needed to be replaced. They offered us two options ??? Send us a new Control Board or send us a new generator. We opted for a new generator even though this required us to un-do all the plumbing we just completed. The new unit arrived approx 2-3 weeks after we placed the call. We got the new unit installed and the Signature Controller didn??t work. Another call to tech support and we found that we had bent a pin on the control wiring. After bending the pin back in place??_.We had a good working system. Over all, we have had the until for almost 1 year and have no issues. We have really enjoyed the steam shower, after long stressful days at work, cold winter nights, or to help clear head colds, etc. Steam starts almost instantly after hitting the button, and after 5 mins (to let the room heat up) we have a great steam room. The Unit works exactly as they claim and the purchase through Quality Bath was a breeze. We did a lot on line research and found had the best pricing for this Unit. We did have to call tech support one more time, because their User Guild was not very clear, but overall we are very happy with the purchase and with Quality Bath.

I have been using the ThermaSol Steam Generator pro I purchased 4 or 5 times every week for the past month. I like it. No problems. It takes about 15 minutes to get up to temperature and has plenty of temp range to satisfy those who want to cook as well as those who wilt easily. I over specified mine (much larger unit than necessary given the steam room volume) to keep the startup time short.

We are thoroughly enjoying our steam shower. The unit heats quickly and is solidly built. Maybe more literature would be helpful - such as the meaning of error codes on the control.

I am very satisfied with Thermasol. The generator starts immediately to make steam. The operation button is simple. Although I had few times that I turned on the generator but nothing happened. The beginning I thought the breaker is off but it wasn??t. So I don??t know why it wasn??t working that times but it was working on my next try ??? few days after.

I'm the person in this household who takes a steam shower every day. I totally love it. The unit is reliable and efficient, although the buttons can be a bit confusing to first-timers. We've very happy we've installed one of these and would recommend them to anyone.

We love our Thermosol steam shower, its everything we expected and more. Thermasol was recommended by a friend who had tried a different brand, but ended up with Thermasol after the inferior brand gave out in under 2 years. We are glad to have been advised to start with Thermasol right from the beginning and will be enjoying for years to come with the lifetime warranty. We did have a minor inconvenience in the beginning when it arrived with a broken power hookup but Thermasol quickly resolved the problem by Fedexing the replacement piece along with instructions on how to install. Our only regret is we didn't get the music option to go with the steam generator. Thank you Thermasol

I truly love this ThermaSol steam unit. I do have several suggestions regarding the mood therapy light/speaker unit. The unit is extremely difficult to install as the space between the top of the show and the ceiling /roof panel on most houses is very small. You have to crawl through an access panel into the ceiling and then crawl over to the center of the shower in order to try and tighten the three wing nuts, almost impossible. Any way of installing it from inside the shower, possibly cams? I also believe that two audio inputs should be for speaker wire as the RCA plugs are rarely used on top end applications, leaving the other end of the RCA wire needing modification so it can be hooked to a receiver??s speaker wire connection. I would think that the three colored lights would also include at least one, if not three white or clear lights in the three available spaces, for normal, non-therapy, shower light usage. It would be nice if the shower controller for a user could allow an occasional one time change without changing its programming when that change is made. It would be nice if there were a better way of dropping scent oil into the steam head rather than through the grooves that it drips down from. Just a few suggestions in a perfect world. We are very happy with our Thermasol steam generator, it works well, heats up fast, was relatively easy to install and it consumes very little power when not in use. The only thing we could wish for is a remote control. Overall, we would highly recommend this product.

The generator seems to work fine. Produces plenty of steam. Cutting the steam head hole in the shower tile required an uncommon drill bit ($130.), but the units seems high quality.

I really enjoy my Thermasol everyday. The best money I spent redoing our bathrooms. The unit is very reliable.. no issues at all. My only feed back is the design of the buttons on the control panel could be better. One button for on and one button for off would be much easier. instead of having to push two buttons simultaneously to turn the unit off. I small issue but it could be improved.. I love how quickly the steam starts.. Overall a great purchase

We love the Thermasol Pro-395 steam unit. A piece on the circuit board was broken (not sure if it was broken during shipping or installation) but after calling Thermasol, they couriered a new circuit board to us at no cost. Also when registering the unit with Thermasol they sent us a free bottle of aromatherapy oil. I would definitely recommend any thermasol products as they stand behind the quality of their products with a lifetime warranty on the PRO series.
